moonstruck.

NASA sent a rocket (or possibly 2 rockets) into this spot on the moon this morning to look for water:


I'm watching live at 6:30 a.m. on NASA's website. Impact in 3 minutes! I'm sure the video will be ready later to watch too.

Is there anything cooler than a NASA systems check?

"Guidance?"

"Go flight."

  1. and then it lost feed at the very last second!! Argh! DH says it's just all a part of the Big Conspiracy. Uh... which big conspiracy he neglected to elaborate on, but....

    oh, NASA is so exciting! My cousin, Kevin Ford, was pilot of the STS 128 shuttle and I got such interesting info from him. What an adventure it all is. Love to watch it live.
